Process and Breathwork

Compiled and edited by Archie Duncanson

This anthology contains the personal experiences and reflections of people from all walks of life on what they have learned through rebirthing (breathwork), a new form of personal growth and development. All the authors are professional (SOURCE Process and Breathwork Therapists/formerly known as, rebirthers trained by Binnie A. Dansby in her international 3 year training in England, Germany, and Denmark. Here they describe how it feels to learn to experience and put into practice in daily life SAFETY, SUPPORT, and INNOCENCE, three keynotes of this training. Even though most people are not consciously aware of their own births, the Binnie A. Dansby training focuses on our experience of birth - and of healing it in our lives today. These sharings are highly personal. I believe they will touch you and move you, whether you have done breathwork or not.

"Birth of a Rebirther is warm, moving, spiritual, practical, inspiring and often poetic. In other words, quite wonderful. It is a work that every person who is interested in understanding him or herself will benefit from reading; a cornucopia of wisdom about the human condition, about love and destruction and about our existence on this planet. Archie Duncanson is to be congratulated for creating a book that spells out the good news: Healing of past wounds is possible. Thank you, Archie."
